I don’t know about you, mama, but the concurrent combination of emerging from a pandemic, emptying my nest and turning 50 flipped my world on its axis. Can you relate? In my 40s, pre-pandemic and with my boys still home, I had a clear vision of what my life would look like in my 50s as an empty nester. I had it all figured out. With more “free” time, I’d be able to focus on growing my health and wellness coaching practice and business, spend more time being “fit-over-50”, reconnect with my hubby and hobbies that fell by the wayside while raising my boys and TRAVEL…visiting my boys, friends and bucket-list destinations. Well…you know how the old saying goes…”the best laid plans…”
Enter post-pandemic life, job layoffs, an evolving business landscape, a beating from the stock market and peri-menopause…and, well, life looks very different than what I had planned. I found myself mourning the life and goals that I had planned on pre-pandemic. I found myself having to re-evaluate, recalibrate and reinvent myself. I found myself…and I am still finding myself…trying to figure out what life looks like for me now. It IS a journey. It’s as if I am grieving what would have been, as I find my way forward into what should and will be. You too?

I will help you discover which practices fit into your life and nurture your mind, body and soul.
The 30 Days to Healthy Living Program is designed to help establish healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle so you can have more energy, manage weight and feel fit. It helps you identify foods that you are eating that might not be serving your body well, while you focus on adding nutrient-dense whole foods to your diet and eating more mindfully.
We will focus on real, whole foods and appropriate, beneficial supplements (as part of your Healthy Living Kit) which will set you up for sustainable, healthy change. You will receive daily motivation and support, as well as weekly recipes and shopping lists in a private Facebook community. You will also learn about eating clean, gut health, basic nutrition and how to read labels.

I LOVE Dr. Mary Claire Haver. She was the first doctor I found when I started my menopause transition who UNDERSTOOD what was happening with my body! She is one of the BEST out there! This book is a great place to start when you want to dig deeper into your changing nutrition landscape in menopause!
HORMONE INTELLIGENCE
Dr. Aviva Romm's book is an excellent resource to help you understand and calm the chaos that your hormones may be causing during your menopause transition. This is a great book to have on hand to reference when the midlife things feel confusing.
THE MENOPAUSE MANIFESTO
